Go for a walk in nature with friends in the fall.
Would you rather spend the night in a museum in a section that is rumored to be haunted or have have to sleep in a cemetery because you just pulled into a tiny town that has no rooms for the night?

If you are like me, you may have had many untitled poems over your writing journey. A notebook full of nameless pieces. I have used at least three of these techniques. Here are a few suggestions that may help you name your those children you conceive with your pen:
1. Use the first line of your poem as the title.
2. Ask a friend for help to read & name your poem.
3. Are there any repetitive phrases in your poem? Utilize it!
4. Consider the theme and write a title that expresses it!
5. Pick out a few keywords and compose a title with them.
6. Write a sentence to use as a title and then write your poem.
7. Brainstorm a lists of titles for reference later! Use in conjunction with #6 or write your poem and then consult your list to find a suitable title.
8. Use the last line of your poem
9. What kinds of images does your poem convey? Write a title that depicts a relevant image or picture.
10. Sum up your poem in 5 words and use it as a title.
How do you name your poems comment below...

Sometimes watching a movie at home is better because you don't have any distractions and you pause the movie if necessary.
Would you rather crush grapes into wines with your bare feet or walk through a stream with your bare feet?

Sometimes drought occurs where inspiration once flowed freely. I often find myself "hoping" for rain to fill that riverbed again. I'm sure we've all been there. Maybe some of us more than others. So with this in mind, I thought a bloggers' resource thread would be helpful. (I may convert this thread into a blogger's board if there is demand for it).
Post to this thread if:
If you have a question or issue related to blogging. Have a new blog post you'd like to share with us. (provide a title and link, excerpts are optional) Have a favorite blog post. Any other relevant questions about this particular thread.

I seem to keep a journal for everything:sketchbook, art journal, poetry, lol! Let's share some stuff about our creative journals....
What is your go-to brand when buying a new journal? What does your journal(s) look like what are some its contents? Do you think journals take on a personality of their own, after awhile?
Feel free to take pictures of your journal content and share'em here.

Adaline Penfinger didn't experience a traditional birth. She was built. Adaline's mother figure built her at the onset of her arthritis in hopes that she may still put pen to paper. A traditonal writer, Elizabeth didn't like using a typing device so she built Adaline. Adaline or Ad-a-line dictated her purpose and her fingers executed the purpose at the sound of her mother Ebby's voice. Adaline had 10 pen nibs for fingertips and a toolbelt drapped around her waist filled with bottles of ink. Though she was built she was quite life-like and the perfect companion for a lonely old widow who smiled upon her creation like a mother does when she sees her child for the first time. Adaline could speak though she choose not too, whenever necessary. After her mother Elizabeth passed she lived within the shadows of their aging mansion. She spent her days doubled over a large writing tablet yet in the midst of grief's mist she discovered that she could now write for herself. She wrote for hours watching as the words poured from her fingertips, ceasing when the wind blew out her candle. Adaline took that as a cue that it was time to dream. She curled up on the futton and slept. The left over ink stained the couch.

Two of my favorite bands are Bon Jovi & LP. I've been to two Bon Jovi concerts. They were both really good but first one was more fun because it was the first time I went to DTE music theatre and I went with family.

Mini-profiles and Main profiles are great tools for members to learn about each other. This is a breakdown of the fields in both profiles: strong] Avatar(s): (3-4)[/strong][/p]
Your profile has three avatars available. You can showcase your photo or an interest. Use the space to showcase your most recent piece of artwork or create the likeness of your main character in your most recent story.
The following are the resolutions for the avatars and images:
250x400 200x150
200x200
Corner Avatars
Custom Fields
Some Custom Fields are located in the mini-profiles and some are located in the member profiles. These fields were necessary for the avatars to work but we've figured out a way to use them.
Plotter: Use this field for your current short story Wanted Ad: Post your classified ad thread in your mini-profile. Alias: Did you just write a story and want to introduce him or her? Put the name in the Alias field.
Misc. - Your forum cash (Leaves) are also located in your mini-profile in the second tab.
- Bloglio & Inspiration Board are links to your thread gallery/archives here on the forum. They are found on your main profile.
- Awards can be found in both profiles.
If you still have questions, don't hesitate to ask!
