I was wondering how does everyone find time to create art or write a poem, especially when you're busy?

When I am really busy I use my creative time as a way to motivated to stay focused especially when I have to meet a deadline for school or something like that. For example: I don't work on an arts project until I get a portion of an essay written.
I don't have a specific time set for my creative endeavors. |

I usually schedule my writing time around my lunch hour. I also try to do my art journaling & paper projects after dinner. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I should try that. The writing app on my phone (Diario) should help with scheduling writing time. It usually gives a notification that it's time to write based on the time you set!

I wish I got an hour for lunch. I usually read fanfiction on my break! Rewarding yourself for getting your school work done! But like you I don't have a specific time when I do creative stuff. I usually have dry spells and then I go manic and can come up with about 50 ideas that I want to try. Some work, some don't and some don't get tried. |
