I'm getting heavily into food and cooking. Right now I'd like to make a box for the recipes that I found on the net. I'm currently looking for a wooden box to store them in and I'm going to make a spoon as a handle!

I never heard of that. What is that? I'm stuck on netflix right now. Only show not on there I'm currently watching is AHS: Freakshow. My new netflix show is "Twin Peaks". There characters are so weird, I love it! Anyone see this show? Don't tell me any spoilers but did they figure out who killed Laura Palmer?

I was strolling around dafont.com looking for some fonts. I came across Lansbury which is an inspired font by the one used in the Murder She Wrote episodes. I thought it was a hoot! You can find it here: Lansbury Font

Are you currently watching any shows? What kind do you like? Any that you would recommend? Do you watch regular tv, dvd or streaming (hulu, netflix, etc...)?

Woah! Quite a bit excessive! lol. I live in an area that the roads are not that great. Pretty much all of the states (U.S.) have toll bridges to up keep the roads except for us. We also have four seasons which include snowy cold weather and high humidity. Which I'm sure you all know do not make for great road conditions. Also we allow more weight on semi's than pretty much any other state as well. That being said I went to visit my cousin in Maryland for the first time a few years back. I was amazed at the conditions of the roads there. They were absolutely beautiful and they had warnings on roads the considered bad, which around here would be considered super nice roads. I suppose the point I'm trying to say here is that I'm pretty used to driving on crappy roads. And to answer your question. The crappiest road I drove on would have to have been paul. There is a small bridge on paul and at one point it was entirely covered in pot holes. Some of them fixed many, many times. Well the road got so bad that it actually collapsed. Yes, it was a bridge over a highway and yes it collapsed on a truck.

What period of art resonates with you the most? I like the Gothic architecture like the Notre Dame Cathedral. Oooh! Nice. Any other famous buildings you like? Or architects? I am into German Expressionism and Surrealism. There are some really beautiful German Expressionist films out there. That's how I found the movement. I found a film poster at Michaels hanging with J.ajabad, I looked it up. Turns out it was Metropolis. I also like a bit of Art Nouveu.

Nov 9, 2014 15:31:13 GMT -5 bankroll said: The kind of music that I like would have range to from hip hop, reggae to alternative and slow country. I'm a bit laid back when it comes to music. You have very eclectic tastes in music. I like! Who are your favorite bands/singers/composers? j.ajabad said: "Two of my favorite bands are Bon Jovi & LP. I've been to two Bon Jovi concerts. They were both really good but first one was more fun because it was the first time I went to DTE music theatre and I went with family." - I'm sure I told you this years ago. I went to an LP concert with my cousin (who had friends who had dadeds that got free tickets to the concert). I was the one with the car and on the way there we almost missed the exit and I did a 180 spin on the freeway. We had actual seats that was sweet and I remember that LP were awesome. It was warped tour so there were a bunch of different acts there. One of them was Snoop dog, I remember he was smoking quite heavily through his act and even asked the crowd for some weed. lol. Does Bon Jovi still make music? LP seem to be releasing albums about once a year know (or at least that is what I heard they were aiming to do). Though I've lost interest in them. I'm a bit obsessed with music even though I haven't been to many concerts. Many of the singers/bands I listen to are foreign and independent so it's not really possible to see them. One of them just released an album and I could only find it on Amazon Japan. Ferri Offfical Site: ferri.jp/- I found her on youtube a few years back. She had just released her first album "A Broken Carousel". It's an ambient album with a mixture of new gaze (shoegaze and new age) and trip hop. She has a very fragile voice and there is a sadness through out all of the songs. She sings in english and Japanese. She has such a delicate way of singing it's kind of hard to make out some of the lyrics. Tommorow Comes After Today - From her first album, one of my favorite of her songs. Her new album: "Infinity" just came out on the 5th. Is very different from her first album. It's much more theatrical, more dramatic shift towards trip hop but it's still very Ferri. The album sounds like an electronic soundscape. Not very many quiet songs on the album but there still is that thread of delicacy mostly through her singing. You can check out her first single from the album: Whiteout Sounds like Bankroll has a great blend going there. I love a bit of Punk, Aussie hip-Hop. Music for me had to have a real message - about the state of our world. Tell me about Aussie Hip-Hop? Is that different than regular hip-hop or is it just hip-hop produced in Australia?

question: Would you rather write a novel in one year or travel around the world in a year? - Oh that's easy. I would rather travel the world in a year. I love to travel. I just don't have the means to do it. Plus I'm not a writer. Its interesting to see how life is different on different places in the world. I visited NY for the first time last year, it was a very wonderful place to visit and I loved it but I would never want to live there. Much to fast paced.
(Sometimes watching a movie at home is better because you don't have any distractions and you pause the movie if necessary.) - I agree with this, Not the distractions part. I actually find that it can be more social because you can pause movie and talk, plus its cheaper.
Question: Would you rather... Go swimming with friends in the summer or go for a nature walk with friends in the fall?

I think they do. I don't have a journal persay, but I have kept sketch/scrape books in the past. I would definitely say that they take on a personality of their own.

Oops, thanks for the edit. A Banzi burger has teriyaki sauce, mayo, cheese and a grilled pine apple. It's on the Red Robin Menu. Oh I'm going to try that the next time I go. They have black bean burgers so I can try that! PS - they have a delicious garlic sauce that is amazing with their fries. You know I've tried mocha. Much too chocolatey for me. I think I prefer white chocolate to dark in coffee or tea.

Fall is my favorite! I hate the heat, it's so humid where I live it's unbearable to be outside when it's like that. You feel a sticky mess, I hate swimming which is a solution to the heat around here. Fall is when the leaves change and they are oh so pretty. I love the fashions cause I dig dark colors and sweaters. I love gourds just like j.ajabad - pumpkin spice and chai tea on a nice fall day sound so wonderful!
